ELSEA

Terms

Last updated 13 October 2026

Accepting these terms

ELSEA provides the stay app and the property console. By signing in, you accept these terms. Email info@elsea.biz.

If your property has a separate written agreement with ELSEA, that agreement applies as well. Where the two say different things, the written agreement wins.

These terms are only for hotel staff who sign in. They do not apply to guests. Personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Your sign-in

Sign in only if a property has invited you. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

Using the service

We give you a right to use the service for that property’s work, while your access lasts. The software stays ours. You do not get any ownership of it.

You will not:

The property’s content

Text, photos, and other material a property adds stay the property’s. We use that material only to run the service.

Logo and badge

You agree that ELSEA may use the hotel’s name, logo, and badge in our marketing. That includes our website, sales material, and social media.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running. We do not promise it will always be available, or free of faults. We may change or pause a feature.

Fees

Any fee is agreed in writing.

If something goes wrong

To the extent the law allows, the most we will pay in relation to a property, in any 12-month period, is the fees that property paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, or other loss that was not a predictable result of breaking these terms.

Stopping access

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or close a sign-in if these terms are broken, if we need to for security, or when the property’s access ends.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you sign in after an update, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms follow the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.
